Although we use new and recycled shipping materials, we are not responsible for any damage that may occur during shipping. If your product arrives damaged, please notify us via email with photos and descriptions of how you received it as soon as possible.

If you’re located in NW Michigan and would like to avoid shipping costs by picking up your order, select the “Pick-up at Market” option at checkout. You will be contacted following your order confirmation to arrange time and date for pickup from our market locations in NW Michigan. Pick-Up is ONLY available during the market season-see WHERE.
